Camila Fuchs creates experimental electronic pop with spectral vocals and avant-garde sensibilities. Currently based in Lisbon, the project was formed by Camila De Laborde (Mexico City) and Daniel Hermann-Collini (Munich) in London in 2012. The pair released the album Kids Talk Sun last year, and now breathe some fresh air into a couple of the tunes from the record, releasing a live video complemented by abstract visuals 'Moon's Mountain + Sandstorm LIVE'. The first song is 'Moon's Mountain'. The video opens with a shot that looks like microscopic bacteria, followed by a close-up shot of a snail which is projected behind Camila and Daniel as they perform the squelchy electronic track, overlaid with Camila's wispy vocals. With Manuela de Laborde and Camila de Laborde behind the visuals, the backdrop transitions through enticingly fruity colours, snippets of nature and grainy textures.
